There are NO customs and duty fees locally within the UAE

We only use precious metals in our jewelry ranging from Sterling Silver to 18K Gold.

Some items are made from Sterling Silver and plated with a premium layer of 18K Gold to give it a rich Yellow Gold color while maintaining its affordable price.

To ensure your jewellery remains looking as new and shiny as possible, We strongly recommend you to follow our aftercare instructions. 

Sterling Silver/ Gold is a precious metal and will last a lifetime once looked after properly. All products made from Sterling Silver/ Gold can oxidize over time due to exposure to the air and chemicals. 

Here are some tips to keep your precious metals in great condition: 

• Polish with a silver polishing cloth.
• Store in its QASSOV jewelry pouch when not in use.
• Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes & deodorant.
• Remove jewellery before swimming, showering and heavy exercise.
